  I love this gym! Staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a no frills gym (and i mean no frills). No towel service, no pool or jacuzzi. There is a child care room but only open during peak hours. Its clean enough but not sparkling. Occassionally gets a little messy.
  
  Atmosphere is very friendly and workout oriented. Lots of cardio and weight machines as well as plenty of free weights and dumbells. There is one squat rack and one power rack. There seems to be no weight rerack policy here so the weight area floor can sometimes get littered with weights which strikes me as a little dangerous.
  Only had one membership payment question so far. Staff person did not immediately know the answer to my one payment related question but had the answer for me the next time i came in.
  All and all this is my favorite gym out of the handful I've tried in the area. And as a novice weight lifter the staff and members have been helpful, supportive and happy to help educate me regarding my lifting journey. Great attitudes here! Great gym!
